Low cost operating theatre lighting: a new LED operating theatre lamp is available in Long or Short arm versions, with wall or ceiling mounting options.
This high light output, low heat, super light weight light is suspendable from an unreinforced ceiling.
It also acts as emergency back up lighting if run from an uninterruptable power supply.
The lamp runs for over 50,000 hours without a bulb change and allows operating within an four metre diameter circle from the mounting point. It runs from a safe isolated 25 volt power transformer
It has a fraction of the power consumption of conventional lamps.
