The system consists of two modules(attached to the user bus portsof the PC) containing microprocessors that pick up the physiological signals from the animal and communicate the information to the software on the computer
The information is then displayed graphically on the monitor, in real time and with pre-set alarms should any of the signals from the animal indicate a problem.
The history of the entire operation is stored on the computer and can be played back later, either for training purposes or for post-op analysis of events that may have occurred during the procedure.
The functionality and the large clear display qualities of the system are unequalled in any equipment currently available.
